Located in the hospital Valdivieso in Oaxaca city, Mexico, this ophtalmoligique event has been supported by the CNDH Mexico and the Mexican Health Institut. During one week doctors operated for free more than 300 natives persons affected by cataract, from all over the state of Oaxaca.
