Documentary focused on the last months of the VW Sedan, the well known "el Vochito" as Taxi car in Mexico City.
For security, comfort and environmental reasons, the government of Transport decided in 2007 that this car can be driven as a Taxi until 2012.
In the same time, it passed a law that order to change the mythical green color into a gold and aubergine colors.
This mexican icon, sanctuary of Taxi drivers, was used as temple were God, family, soccer team, rock artists were idolized. This car was an extension and the mirror of the driver, a social-cultural symbol.
